Here is a video Eric took on his ferry ride to work. It was quite choppy on the water, which is why he was filming it. It has actually been much rockier on the water lately, but it's so dark and stormy out on those days that the video won't pick up anything through the windows. He says they assure everyone over the loud speaker that the boat won't tip over, however it sure does feel like it is about to. If it gets any worse they will have to shut the ferry route down till the swells dissipate and send everyone home via bus.

Yeah.... I watched about a half second before started feeling like I would need Dramamine to finish viewing. LOL. I'm going to skip this video. Eric can attest to how badly I get seasick; glad it's him on that ferry and not me! :-P

ReplyDeleteAwh, I'd say Andi could handle the ferry on most days... it's usually very smooth sailing - just wanted to show it on a big swell day. The fast ferry is especially smooth - it's the tug boat-like ferry that get's a rockin'.
