On Sunday we went down for breakfast and flat whites at The Bower, along the way to Shelly Beach, and decided to walk over to the Bower Break and check out the stand-up paddlers up close. The tide was really far out so the rocks that usually create a large consistent break were exposed and we could easily climb along the edge of the peninsula and around to the back side, which is usually unable to get to. I only shot video on the front side but you can kind of see where we were on the back side in the photos.
