Hi everyone, it's me Chloë! This past Sunday marked my one week birthday at 7:02am. Mommy nursed me and then gave me big kisses and marveled at how sweet I was right as I was turning one week old. She's right, I am pretty sweet.
Then came my second week. I did a lot but don't have a lot of time yet to write about it.. so here is a quick recap so I don't forget, and maybe I will write more later.
- Uncle Troy came up to visit me from Southern California.
- I watched my first USC game with everybody, but we lost. :-(
- Neighbor Anna stopped by.
- Neighbors Ross and Cindy and Judy dropped off presents for me.
- We went to House Family Vineyards on Sunday for my 1 week birthday. It was nearly 100 degrees so we needed to get out of the unairconditioned house.
- Mommy, Nanny Sue and Daddy went on my first walk around the block at home that evening.
- Mommy and Daddy's Doula Kim came over to take pictures of us three on their 3rd Anniversary, when I was nine day old.
- Strolled around downtown Los Altos and picnicked in park in the redwoods with Nana, Opa, and Nanny Sue on Mommy and Daddy's 3 year anniversary.
- Nana and Opa had to go home on Monday morning but I am so glad they got to spend my first 10 days of life with me... they met me when I was exactly five hours old!
- 9/24 I my two week pediatrician appointment at 11 days old. (Mommy to ad weight/height/)
- Strolled up to our nearby grocery with Nanny Sue, Mommy and Daddy. It was very very hot out.
- Papa Andy arrived Friday night to meet me for the first time.
- My USC uncles, Uncle Brian and Uncle Joe came to meet me.
- We picnicked again at House Family Vineyard with Papa Andy and Nanny Sue.
